We’re thrilled to launch our brand-new Plaque Project.

If your property is entered in the Tasmanian Heritage Register, you can now order an elegant, discreet bronze heritage plaque to showcase its heritage status. Our new plaques are high-quality, beautifully crafted pieces designed to recognise, celebrate, and protect Tasmania’s heritage. 


Qualifying for a bronze plaque is simple:

  • Ensure your property is entered in the Tasmanian Heritage Register (THR) and you know its THR number. To find if your property is entered in the THR, please visit Heritage Tasmania's 'Discover Heritage' portal. 

  • Show that you have heritage approval for the installation of your plaque by providing a copy of the Minor Works Approval obtained from Heritage Tasmania (details of the approval process can be found here)

  • You are a National Trust Tasmania Member (or happy to become one)

  • You agree to follow the plaque installation guidelines (provided with your order)

Our plaques are available in one size (150 x 100 mm), with a choice of square or oval shapes, and offer generic or custom wording—perfect for giving your property a refined, distinguished look.
